CITY OF WOODBURYNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Snowman Construction, LLC has submitted an application for Amended Planned Unit Development and Amended Conditional Use Permit, Project No. 23-2013-00077. The applicant is requesting to construct 13 single-family homes in the Highland knoll development. These lots are located to the north and south of Knollwood Lane and were previously platted to be multi-family residential. The applicant is requesting to amend the existing Planned Unit Development, as well as the existing Conditional Use Permit to construct.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lots 23-28 Block 1 Highland Knoll

Lots 5-10 Block 2 Highland Knoll

Lot 11 Block 2 Highland Knoll

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
