CITY OF WOODBURY PUBLIC HEARING FOR SCHNEIDERMANS FURNITURE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Schneiderman's Furniture has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit and Amended Site and Building Plan approval for their store located at 9700 Hudson Road. The applicant requests flexibility to the zoning code through a Planned Unit Development to facilitate the expansion and exterior remodel of the existing store. The property is zoned FC-2, Freeway Corridor Special Impact District and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

Lot 1, Block 1, Gottstein Addition, Washington County, Minnesota

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
