CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hunter Emerson has submitted an application for a Rezoning/Planned Unit Development/Conditional Use Permit/Preliminary Plat for a development to be called Fields of Woodbury. The applicant is requesting to plat a multiphase project consisting of 323 single family units on 128 acres. The property is located north of Dale Road and west of the future alignment of Pioneer Drive. The property is currently zoned R-1, Urban Reserve District and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
PARCEL 1: The Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 28, Range 21, except the South Ten (10) acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4 of SE1/4) of said Section 28, and except the West 393.61 feet of the South 332.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 of SE1/4) of Section 28, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, and except the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2 of NE1/4 of SE1/4) except the North acre thereof, Section 28, Township 28, North of Range 21 West.
PARCEL 2: The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2 of NE1/4 of SE1/4) except the North acre thereof, Section 28, Township 28, North of Range 21 West.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
