NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Resurrection Lutheran Church has submitted an application for an interim conditional use permit. The applicant is requesting to construct a dynamic electronic sign. The property is located at 9925 Bailey Road. The property is zoned R-4, Urban Residential District and is guided as Public/Semi-Public on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The north 611.56 feet of the northeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ of Section 27, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, together with the east 510 feet of the northeast ¼ of the northeast ¼ of Section 27, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the north 611.56 feet and northerly of the following described line: commencing at the northeast corner of said Sections 27; thence south 00 degrees 28 minutes 11 seconds east, assumed bearing along the east line of said northeast ¼ of the northeast ¼, a distance of 1,069.66 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 88 degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds west, a distance of 510.07 feet to the west line of said east 510.00 feet and said line there terminating.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
