CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lennar Homes has submitted an application for Preliminary Plat approval for their Bailey Lake South project located approximately ½ mile south of Bailey Road and east of Mile Drive. The application requests to preliminary plat 127 single-family homes on 80.29 acres. The property is zoned R-4, Urban Residential District and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
N ½ of the SW ¼, Section 27, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
