NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Deck Technologies has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is requesting to operate an automotive sales business. All vehicles for sale would be displayed within the building in a showroom type space. There will be no service or outside vehicle display related to this use on the property. The property is located at 2511 Ventura Drive. The property is zoned I-1, Light Industrial and is guided as "Places to Work" on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 4, Block 1, Clapp-Thomssen Carver Lake Business Park 1st Addition
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
