NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HJ Development has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Plat, and Site and Building Plan approval for a development to be called Woodbury Plaza. The applicant is requesting to subdivide a 15.31acre parcel of land into several office and commercial lots, located west of Woodbury Drive, south of Commerce Drive, and north of Tamarack Road. The southern portion of the property is zoned B-1, Office Park District, while the northern portion is zoned B-3, Planned Shopping Center District. The southern portion of the property is guided as Places to Work on the Land Use Plan, while the northern portion is guided as Places to Shop.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The east 577.5 feet of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, except Parcel No. 20, Washington County Right of Way Plat No. 35.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
