CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Redstone Builders has submitted an application for a preliminary plat to be named Highland Hills. The applicant is requesting to plat nine single-family lots on 4.43 acres. The property is located south of Valley Creek Road, east of Princeton Bay and north of Princeton Road. The property is zoned R-4, Urban Residential and is guided as Residential on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
All that part of the north ½ of the northwest ¼ of Section 15, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, described as beginning at a point on the north line a distance of 390 feet east of the northwest corner of said north ½ of northwest ¼; thence easterly along said north line 400 feet; thence southerly and at right angles to said north line 544.5 feet; thence westerly and parallel with said north line 400 feet; thence northerly 544.5 feet to point of beginning.
Except the north 150 feet of the east 50 feet thereof, and except the north 175 feet of the west 100 feet of the east 150 feet thereof, according to the United States Government Survey thereof.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
