NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Centra Homes has submitted an application for a Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat for a residential development named Eastview Place. The applicant is requesting to build 74 multi-family attached units. The property is generally located north of Eastview Road and west of Settlers Ridge Parkway. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as High Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Outlots A & B, Garden Gate Third Addition
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
