CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JVS of Woodbury, Ltd. has submitted an application for an Amended Preliminary Plat for Woodbury Marketplace 4th Addition. The applicant is requesting to plat Lot 1, Block 1, of Woodbury Marketplace 3rd Addition into two separate lots of record. The existing 20,052 square foot retail building (Staples) is proposed to be located on Lot 1 Block 1 and the existing 4,800 square foot multitenant retail building is proposed to be located on Lot 2, Block 1. The property is located south of Hudson Road and west of Woodbury Drive. The property is zoned B-3, Shopping Center and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, Woodbury Marketplace 3rd Addition.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
