CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that C. R. Hackworthy has submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit and Final Site and Building Plan for the Crow's Nest Yachts site redevelopment located at 7828 Hudson Road. The proposal is to utilize the 1.2 acre site and remodel the existing 3,200 square foot building and add 7,200 square feet of retail space for a total retail development of 10,400 square feet. The property is zoned FD-3, Freeway Special Impact District and is guided as Places to Shop on the Land Use Plan.

The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
