CITY OF WOODBURY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodbury Developers, LLC has submitted an application for a Rezoning, Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat to be known as Commerce Hill. The applicant is requesting approval for a 39.60 acre development to plat eleven (11) lots including outlots for the proposed development of office, restaurant, retail and a Super Target store. The subject site is located north of Tamarack Road, south of Commerce Drive and west of Woodbury Drive. The property is currently zoned I-1, Light Industrial and FD-2, Freeway Transition District, and guided as Places to Shop and Places to Work on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The North One-Half of the West 80 rods of the East 115 rods of the Southeast Quarter except the West 450 feet of the South 600 feet thereof, Section 3, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
The West 450 feet of the South 600 feet of the North One-Half of the West 80 rods of the East 115 rods of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
