NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodbury is proposing amendments to Chapter 24 of the Woodbury City Code as follows:

Add Section 24-147. MCD, Medical Campus District, to create a new zoning district. The purpose of the MCD District is to encourage and foster the planning, design and construction of a well-functioning, attractive medical campus environment. Section 24-147 includes a statement of purpose and scope; permitted, accessory and conditional uses; height, setback and area requirements; and screening, parking, architecture and site design standards.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the ordinance amendment(s). The public hearing will be held on May 14 , 2008, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.

All interested parties will be heard.
