CITY OF WOODBURY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Peachtree Partners has submitted an application for Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit and Preliminary Plat approval for a residential development named Woodhaven. The applicant is proposing to plat 21 single-family homes on 38.97 acres. The property is located west of Radio Drive along the southern border of the City of Woodbury. The property is zoned R-2, Single-family Estate and is guided as Urban Estate on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The southwest ¼ of the southeast ¼ of Section 32, Township 28 north, Range 21 west, Washington County, Minnesota; Except that portion thereof that lies within Parcel No. 14 of the Washington County Highway Right-of-way Plat No. 134-CSAH 13, recorded as Document No. 3297180 in the office of the County Recorder, Washington County, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
