CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR THE CENTURY AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
(WOODBINE AVENUE TO LAKE ROAD, INCLUDING VALLEY CREEK ROAD FROM CENTURY AVENUE TO WEIR DRIVE) IMPROVEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the Century Avenue Reconstruction (Woodbine Avenue to Lake Road, including Valley Creek Road from Century Avenue to Weir Drive) improvements.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the Century Avenue Reconstruction (Woodbine Avenue to Lake Road, including Valley Creek Road from Century Avenue to Weir Drive) improvements for the benefit of the following:
Century Avenue (Woodbine Avenue to Lake Road)
Those parcels adjacent to Century Avenue, and/or responsible in part for traffic signal at Century Avenue/Lake Road, including geo-codes

The estimated cost of said improvement is $22,500,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
