CITY OF WOODBURY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING FOR THE
WATER, SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE
LAKE ROAD UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
(WOODLANE DRIVE TO 3,000 FEET EAST)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the Lake Road Utility and Street Improvements (Woodlane Drive to 3,000 Feet East) project.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on Wednesday, May 13, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the Lake Road Utility and Street Improvements (Woodlane Drive to 3,000 Feet East) for the benefit of the following:
Those parcels adjacent to Lake Road, including geo-codes:
located in the southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 28, Range 21, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.
The estimated cost of said improvement is $780,716. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
