2008 ROADWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT - ROYAL PARK AND AFTON ROAD,

LANDAU DRIVE, AND PINEHURST ROAD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the proposed construction of the 2008 Roadway Rehabilitation Project - Royal Park and Afton Road, Landau Drive, and Pinehurst Road.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota will meet on February 28, 2008, at 7:30 P.M. at the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road in said City for the purpose of holding a public improvement hearing on the proposed construction of the 2008 Roadway Rehabilitation project - Royal Park and Afton Road, Landau Drive, and Pinehurst Road, for the benefit of the following:

Royal Park and Afton Road

All parcels located in the area enclosed by the area described as south of Afton Road, east of Queens Drive, and north of Steepleview Road; and all parcels located adjacent to Steepleview Road between Queens Drive and Afton Road; and all parcels adjacent to Afton Road between Queens Drive and Tower Drive; all within the south half of Section 8 and the north half of Section 17, Township 28 , Range 21, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

Landau Drive

All parcels located in the Sundown and CIC 138 plats, located adjacent to and/or have access to Landau Drive, all within the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 5, Township 28, Range 21, City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.

The estimated cost of said improvements is $2,486,500. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Written or oral comments will be considered. The area proposed to be assessed for the costs includes all benefited lots, tracts, or parcels of land benefited by said improvement based upon the benefit received.
