City: Testing reveals 'trace amounts' of toxins from Carver Lake

Is it safe to return to Carver Lake waters? The city of Woodbury is leaving that decision up to the public.

Trace amounts of microcystin, a toxin sometimes found in blue-green algae blooms, were detected in a sample from Woodbury’s Carver Lake, according to a news release.
