Charges: Woodbury man was driving 100 mph before crashing into occupied vehicle

A Woodbury man who allegedly sped through a red light on a city street before crashing into a vehicle and injuring its two occupants made his first court appearance in December.

Saeed Khan, 42, was arraigned Dec. 23 on one charge of criminal vehicular operation stemming from a November 2012 incident that authorities said left one victim with long-term medical problems.
