Chance at win eludes Raptors

For a while, it looked like history in the making.

In search of its first-ever win, the East Ridge boys hockey team came closer to win No. 1 than it has this year in a 5-4 loss to Suburban East Conference foe Mounds View on Saturday, Dec. 19 in Shoreview.


The Raptors took a 4-2 lead 1:20 into the second period as sophomore forward Easton Halbert netted the second of his two goals in the game on an assist by sophomore forward Braedon Hyland.
