Visitors know Scrooge, but they'll also meet Abner Miserman, a dramatic creation of praise band director Rick Murphy. Each Sunday, Scrooge encounters a ghost who helps him examine a part of his life, and on Christmas Eve, Scrooge discovers that it's not too late to begin a new life and new relationships. It's a tale that illustrates the Biblical concept of redemption.

The December worship services will also feature special music: Valley Creek Brass, Sunday, Dec. 14 at the Woodbury campus, 7465 Steepleview Road; and the annual children's Christmas pageant will be part of the worship service Sunday, Dec. 14, 9:30 a.m. at the Peaceful Grove campus, 8600 90th Street, Cottage Grove.

Sunday morning worship services at the Woodbury campus are held at 8:45, 10 and 11:15 a.m.

For details about the church, call the main office at (651) 738-0305.
