Notice is hereby given that the Police Department of the City of Woodbury will be auctioning surplus, found, unclaimed and seized items in an online auction beginning May 23, 2009. The online auction can be found on the internet at www.propertyroom.com. Some of the items that will be auctioned are bicycles and electronics. Items will remain on auction until the date indicated by the auction company. Potential buyers can access the site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
For more information on how to participate in viewing and bidding, log onto www.propertyroom.com. All sales are subject to the bidder's responsibility for shipping and handling. All sales are final. The City of Woodbury makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, (of any nature) as to the condition of the items offered. This auction method complies with Minnesota State Statute 471.195, and Woodbury City code section 2-336.
