Woodbury PHN 011018 Highcroft Planning

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tradition Development LLC has submitted an application for an Amended Planned Unit Development to the Highcroft development, formerly known as Wozniak. The applicant is requesting approval of modified setbacks for the 50 detached townhome units on the west side of the project. The setback modification requested is to move the house front yard setback from 25 feet to 20 feet. The property is located to the west of Woodbury Drive and approximately ½ mile south of Bailey Road. The property is zoned R-4 Urban Residential and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Parcel 1: The southeast ¼ of the southeast ¼, except the south 564 feet thereof, and except the north 190 feet of the south 786.70 feet of the east 343.89 feet thereof, Section 27, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota.
Parcel 2: The north ½ of the southeast ¼, except the northerly 541 feet of the easterly 402.6 feet of the northeast ¼ of the southeast ¼, and except the south 400 feet of the north 941 feet of the east 800 feet of the northeast ¼ of the southeast ¼ thereof, in Section 27, Township 28, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
