State settles for $850M in 3M lawsuit

Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Woodbury, Minnesota, in the City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek
Road, until Wednesday June 7th , 2017 at 1:00pm, at which time they will be publicly opened and read
aloud for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following:
In general, work consists of the following:
The Project includes installation of a complete irrigation system and pump station replacement at Eagle Valley Golf Club, Woodbury, MN. The Project will generally include the removal of all existing irrigation heads/valves, installation of new irrigation system and removal and replacement of an existing pump station. Restoration of turf, seeding/sodding as dictated and/or
required to areas during the installation process.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid site meeting on May 24th, 2017 at 9:30am. Meeting will be held at the Eagle Valley Golf Maintenance Building - 2775 Woodbury Drive Woodbury, MN 55125
Bidders desiring an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents may obtain them from the Issuing Office - City of Woodbury, Minnesota, in the City Hall at 8301 Valley Creek Road, 651-714-3750 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $100. Bidding Documents may be seen at the office of the City of Woodbury Public Works/Engineering Department and at the Issuing Office.
The City of Woodbury has adopted a standard document entitled “Standard Project Manual for Utility and Street Construction”, dated January 20, 2015, which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are herby incorporated into the Bidding Documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
