NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Michael Lee, Inc. has submitted an application for a Rezoning, Planned Unit Development (PUD), Conditional Use Permit, Preliminary Plat and Site and Building Plan for a development to be called Pioneer Point Villas. The applicant is requesting to subdivide an approximately 10 acre parcel of land into 34 single-family detached lots. The site is located south of Dale Road, and east of the future alignment of Pioneer Drive. The property is currently zoned R-1, Urban Reserve District and is guided as Low Density on the Land Use Plan. The applicant is requesting to rezone the property to R-4, Urban Residential District.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
The southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 34, Township 28 north, Range 21 west. Subject to an easement over the west 50 feet thereof for road purposes, County of Washington, State of Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
