Love was in the air during Afton's 119th annual Fouth of July Parade.
The annual parade drew thousands to the city's Old Village to not only celebrate Independence Day but also more than a dozen marriage ceremonies aboard the new "Love Float."
The rolling wedding stage, created by local minister JP Armstrong, saw more than a dozen couples renew their vows and tie the knot.
Selma’s Ice Cream Parlour owners Becky and Paul Nickerson lead the parade as its grand marshals.
The parade featured entertainment by the River City Rhythm drumline and stilt walkers Chicks On Sticks, as well as Washington County police vehicles, fire trucks, St. Paul Winter Carnival royalty, bands, music, kids groups and more.
