Crafty Chicks on the loose held a ribbon cutting Nov. 2 at Valley Creek Mall in Woodbury.
The business sells only hand made crafts, including 18-inch doll clothes, greeting cards, floral arrangements, jewelry and baskets.
They also offer craft classes for children and adults.
