Ronnally's Pizza closes

Beloved business Ronnally's closed for business this month. Customers are still coming to the door, which is locked. (Staff photo by Mathias Baden)

Ronnally’s Pizza closed this month.

While the doors are locked during business hours, the popular restaurant remained fully furnished this week as two local owners are entertaining prospective buyers, other business owners in the area said.

On its website, Ronnally’s has advertised itself as “a hole in the wall you’ll want to come back to” and “the oldest family restaurant in Woodbury for a reason!”

Closed signs have been posted and then taken down periodically. But Google Maps, in bright red letters, lists the business as “permanently closed.”

The business offered appetizers, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, take-and-bake pizzas, delivery, and pizza by the slice. Its pizza has routinely been highly rated by Twin Cities media.
