Tony Allen Roman Nose is currently incarcerated since June 2001 at the Minnesota Correctional Facility - Oak Park Heights. He was two months shy of his 18th birthday when prosecutors say he raped and killed a teenage girl, 18-year-old Jolene Rae Stuedemann, stabbing her 29 times with a screwdriver at her Woodbury home on July 11, 2000.
