Woodbury resident Ellie Lundblad, who will be a junior at the University of Minnesota this fall, received the American Red Cross Northern Minnesota Region's 2012 Youth Volunteer Leadership Award for her volunteer work with the Red Cross blood bank as a greeter and the Safety Mobile, where she dresses up as the "B Safe Bear."
